French Conversation Class for Beginners 2

Our new block of classes will run every Monday from 4.20 p.m. to 5.20 p.m. from Monday 2nd September until Friday 13th December 2019. [No lessons on Monday 16th September, on Monday 14th October and on Monday 21st October 2019].

This course is targeted at those progressing from our Beginners 1 course or false Beginners.

Previous knowledge required :

  • The alphabet

  • Basic vocabulary (numbers, greetings, food, free time, accommodation, shopping)

  • The present tense (-er, -ir & re-verbs) & the near future (Je vais + infinitif)

  • Some knowledge of the perfect tense (passé composé)

This course will extend your vocabulary, improve your French grammar and help you put your French into practice in everyday situations. You will have access to a virtual classroom. Homework will be set each week after your weekly lesson. Lessons are well structured. However, I make sure that you are taught in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Intermediate French Conversation Class

Our new block of lessons will run every Monday from 5.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. from Monday 2nd September until Friday 13th December 2019. [No lessons on Monday 16th September, on Monday 14th October and on Monday 21st October 2019].

This course is targeted at those who can already get by in the majority of situations encountered while traveling in French-speaking countries.

This course will extend your vocabulary and will encourage you to speak in more abstract topics (society, politics, environment, culture, technology) and share your opinion with others. You will have access to a virtual classroom. Homework will be set each week after your weekly lesson. Lessons are structured. However, I make sure that you learn in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
